Practical support

Arranging a funeral is hard. It can feel overwhelming at times, and our role is to use our experience and expertise to be both a guide and a support as you navigate the process. We can take care of as much of the arrangements as you require, but if you’d prefer to do as much as possible yourself, we’re happy to provide you with the guidance you need to make that possible. If you’d prefer, we can meet you at your own home to discuss the process rather than at our office.

A celebration of life

The day of the funeral is a time to remember and celebrate the life of a loved one. Whether it takes the form of a simple, traditional service or a more modern green funeral, we will ensure that the funeral fully reflects your requests.

We will liaise with all third parties where required, from the crematorium or cemetery to the celebrant or minister. We can also handle the arrangements for flower, monumental masonry and even the orders of service and any refreshments. Whatever you need, we will do our utmost to provide it.

Chapel of Rest

We have a private Chapel of Rest where you can pay your respects and say goodbye prior to the funeral.
Religious and non-religious funerals

We understand the funeral requirements of many cultures and faiths, and we are able to arrange religious or non-religious ceremonies.
Green and eco friendly funerals

Green and eco friendly funerals are becoming more and more popular. We are happy to help you arrange a funeral of this sort.
Funeral vehicles

We have a fleet of modern funeral vehicles to transport the deceased and the funeral party to and from the funeral.
Coffins

We can supply a wide range of coffins from traditional designs to environmentally friendly alternatives.
Specialist vehicles

We are able to transport your loved one to our Chapel of Rest in one of our discreet private ambulances.

Meeting before the funeral

If you wish to have somewhere for the funeral party to gather before the ceremony, we will welcome you warmly to our office.
Ample parking

Should you choose to gather at our premises before the funeral, there is ample parking available.
Flowers and headstones

We're able to arrange flowers and memorial masonry for all budgets. We'll be happy to discuss your options as we arrange the funeral.
Catering

If you wish, we are able to arrange for refreshments to be served following the funeral. We can book a suitable venue and arrange the catering.
Pre-paid funeral plans

As Golden Charter members, we have access to their range of excellently priced pre-paid funeral plans.
Funeral finance

It is a sad fact that cost can sometimes be an issue when arranging a funeral. If you're struggling to afford the service you wish, please talk to us. We can arrange funeral finance for you.
